Business Intelligence turns the data a business already keeps into dashboards, forecasts, alerts and work for its team. It is for owners and staff of a business, whatever the industry.
Under Data you upload the files you already keep, or connect a Google account (Analytics, Business Profile, Calendar), and say what each column means. Under Metrics you define the measures that matter to you over those columns, and the Dashboard shows them.
Insights are findings about your metrics, each with the numbers behind it. Automations watch for something becoming true about the business and act on it, and Tasks is where that turns into work someone on the team picks up.
Everyone signs in as themselves, with their own Stallion account — the same one as every Stallion app. Data belongs to a business: the people that business adds see its figures, with the role they were given, and nobody outside it sees any of it. One account can belong to more than one business and switch between them at the top of the page.
Business Intelligence works as an app: no store download, and it opens full-screen like anything else on your phone. Set it up once:
